Please select the fee amount below that matches your registration type. If you are paying for additional participant(s) with the same registration type, you can update the quantity after you select your registration type.  If the additional participant needs a different registration type (i.e MD and non-MD), select your registration type, and then enter the full amount for the other person(s) in the "additional donation" field.  For example, if you were paying the registration fee for a non MD, you would add $450 in the "additional donation" field. If you are a single volunteer, you will be matched with another participant to share a hotel room unless you select single room fee.
