Nikki Fedoravicius, MPH, has been serving as the Executive Director of Vision Health International since 2011. She started as a VHI volunteer in 2005, and became a board member in 2008. As a public health professional, she loves the the VHI model: working by invitation and in collaboration with a local partner to bring the gift of sight to those who would otherwise go without it. Since 1995 she has also been a part of a wide array of research initiatives, and has extensive experience working with school districts, non-profit organizations, universities, hospitals and governmental agencies. Nikki is well-versed in a variety of methodological techniques including interviews, focus groups, and surveys. She has spent the majority of her career working in diverse environments and with a wide array of populations (e.g. school-aged children, youth in foster care, and immigrants).

Meaghan Frisbee has dedicated her career to exciting projects with an international focus. She has been with VHI since 2015 and has led at least 5 trips per year since she started. Prior to that, she was a Senior Manager at Microsoft delivering global staffing platforms and a grant manager for a Seattle based Latino non-profit, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bolivia working with women and microcredits, and completed her Masters in Public Affairs with an emphasis on International Development and Non-Profit Management. She has found her Dream Job at VHI!

Sloan Gingg, MPH, brings a unique combination of expertise in marketing communications and program evaluation. She began her career in marketing at a national nonprofit, and after graduate studies she worked for an Austin-based, behavior-change advertising firm as a strategist, specializing in market analysis and data-driven communications campaigns. Sloan is skilled in evaluation design and synthesizing research results into comprehensible reports. Sloan lives and works in Durango, Colorado, where she began her nonprofit consulting practice, Unclouded Communications, in 2015. Sloan brings a passion for rural economic development and minimizing disparities to every project.
